1 · Tell us what you need
Send us the vehicle profile you want: model (3, Y, S, or X), year range, trim, color preferences, mileage ceiling, and your target buy price. Submit it through the inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp — whichever your dealership already uses.
We check live auction lanes and market listings and come back with a firm delivered quote, typically within one business day. The quote includes the vehicle, transport to your location, and our battery diagnostic.
2 · Fund the order — then approve the exact car
Every deal starts with a signed wholesale purchase agreement: your spec, your price ceiling, the delivery window, and your refund terms — in writing before any money moves. Payment in full opens the order, and the search begins.
When we find a conforming vehicle, you get the complete report package — auction condition report, photos, diagnostics documentation, and the final delivered price. Your written approval of that exact vehicle triggers the purchase. Until you approve, your payment is fully refundable — and if nothing conforming turns up within the agreed window, it comes back in full.
Before you wire a dollar
We're asking you to pay in full before delivery — so verify us first. We'd rather earn trust with facts than ask for it.
- Check our license. California Wholesale Dealer #83941 — verifiable directly with the California DMV.
- We're bonded. A California dealer surety bond is on file with the DMV — it exists to protect the parties we do business with.
- Terms in writing before money moves. Every deal runs on a signed wholesale purchase agreement: the exact vehicle, the delivered price, the delivery window, and your refund terms if we don't deliver.
- Your funds are segregated. Payments go to a dedicated vehicle-funds account, separate from our operating funds, and are applied only to your purchase.
- You see the car before you commit. Full auction condition report, photos, and diagnostics documentation before you approve a vehicle — no sight-unseen commitments, ever.
Start small if you want to. Plenty of relationships begin with a single lower-priced unit — the process earns the second deal.
3 · Verification before delivery
Tesla resale value is battery value — but it's also FSD hardware, software configuration, and charging access. Every vehicle runs through our in-house Tesla evaluation system before it reaches your lot: a diagnostic-level battery health test, confirmation of the Autopilot/FSD hardware generation, and a price check against live Tesla market data. The battery report is yours to keep — use it in your own resale. We also confirm title status and disclose vehicle history up front.
4 · Delivery
California dealers: we deliver to your lot and complete the dealer-to-dealer title transfer paperwork with you.
Tijuana / Baja California dealers: we coordinate delivery timing at the border. Import permits, duties, and customs processing remain the buying dealer's responsibility — we'll work around your broker's schedule, in English or Spanish.
Who can buy
My Tesla Dealer, Inc. is licensed by the California DMV as a wholesale dealer. That means we sell exclusively to licensed automobile dealers — U.S. dealers with an active dealer license, and licensed Mexican agencias. We verify licensing on every new account. We do not sell to the public.
